These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TechnicalIQ website, mobile apps and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What TechnicalIQ is — and isn't

TechnicalIQ is an educational, decision-support tool. It presents technical analysis, price levels, study setups and historical performance for learning purposes only. TechnicalIQ:

• is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalised investment advice, recommendations or "buy/sell calls";
• does not place, manage or execute trades on your behalf;
• makes no guarantee, assurance or promise of profit or returns.

You alone make every trading and investment decision, and you are solely responsible for it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for users in India and markets we support.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login and device secure and for all activity under your account. We may bind your account to your device and limit the number of devices to protect against misuse. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout.
• Web and Android purchases are processed by our payment processor (Razorpay). Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple under its terms.
• Subscriptions provide access for the stated period. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms are those shown at purchase and, where applicable, those of the app store or payment processor.
• Entitlements you buy on the web or Android apply to your account across platforms when you sign in.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including reselling or redistributing our content, sharing your account, scraping or reverse-engineering the Service, or using it unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

All content, levels, software, trademarks and materials in the Service are owned by TechnicalIQ or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Third-party brokers & services

The Service may help you pre-fill an order in your own broker app for you to review and place. Your broker relationship, order execution, and any brokerage terms are solely between you and that broker. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Risk disclaimer

Trading and investing in securities, commodities and derivatives carry a high degree of risk and are not suitable for everyone. Markets are dynamic and forecasts are matters of probability, not certainty. You may lose some or all of your capital. Consider your objectives, experience and risk tolerance, and seek independent professional advice where appropriate. Past performance of any setup or study is not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechnicalIQ and its team are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
